was doing the same to me on Sunday and then after an hour of trying it finally worked. Technical glitch i'd say.

i know both Alexa and French Chloe show all on pervcam,
also if you have any tech issues like that mate email customercare@vntvstudios.com they try to get back to everyone in a few hours,
also am told depending on wish browser you are using it can take 20-30 seconds for the pervcam to kick in,
