Apologies if this has been posted before, but I've found it really useful. There's an add-on for Firefox that automatically checks Rapidshare and MegaUpload links to make sure they're still live. This is really useful if you're downloading a multi-part RAR file - there's nothing annoying than downloading most of it and then finding the last link is dead.
First you need to install Greasemonkey.
Then, install the RapidShare links checker script.
You'll now find next to every Rapidshare / MegaUpload link in the forum (and anywhere else on the net) either a green circle with a tick in it (link is still live), or a red circle with a cross in it (link is dead).
Saves checking all the links individually!
