Mate i went there with my mate trust me take a kid with you
All the people are in character its proper embarrassing, i went bright red when this girl kept calling me cadet and asking if i was ready to save the world.... the day was saved though at the end this incredible red head turned up me and my mate looked at each other and said god damn laugh Look out for her
No chance of that, we'll both in our 50's ACTING like children Big Grin
The red head at the end is worth the £25 she was amazing i spoke to her for a short moment saying the button on the controller wasnt working and she said yeah none of them do....
Well its taken time but it looks like finally my friend and I will be going to this 'immersive experience' on Wednesday in the afternoon. I will know for certain by tomorrow or Tuesday as he and his partner got it for me for Christmas last year and he is going to book it tomorrow. I shall report back on my experience. It actually finishes 31st March.
Really bloody good, for my Christmas present finally realised. It was a long to get to the Excel, very impressive building but it was actually outside (as the DcComics Lego exhibition had been) and we were ushered into a bare area, stood in front of screens that activated and then met Maria Hill who was to be our trainer for STATION (Science Training and Tactical Intelligence Operative Network) Loads of exhibits and things to try -I even sat on Captain America's motorcycle, although I, not entirely sure if you were supposed to do that Smile. Anyway it was very good my only gripe was it was a cashless venue and not having my card I didn't get to buy any souvenirs. Pictures and video to follow.
Here are some photos I took yesterday. It was pretty dark and the lighting wasn't great so apologies for that but it was them not me Big Grin All these pictures are over 1MB large.
1) Iron Man costume-in the background the other costumes marks 1-6
2) Hulkbuster used by Iron Man to combat the Hulk.
3) Captain America's motorcycle(which as you know I posed on)
4) James Rhodes's WarMachine costume.

A few others to come.
Did you see the hot red head at the end ?
Erm no, where was she? I saw a woman where the merchandise area was.
