I see these guys are being sued by 22 women, who claim they were told that their videos wouldn't appear online.

The court case doesn't seem to be going well for the company, going by the press reports. It all seems pretty damning. Plus the owner has apparently done a runner and won't now give evidence in his defence.

Things have got a whole lot worse for Girls Do Porn, because it's not just a civil case any longer. The FBI have opened a criminal investigation into these guys and made 3 arrests. They also want 1 other guy who'd believed to have fled to New Zealand.

Wow, that’s some pretty messed up shit. Personally hope the people responsible get life sentences for what they did. Clearly took advantage of women

The civil trial has just come to an end, and the judgement will be delivered soon, although it's overshadowed now by the criminal charges.

The verdict in the civil trial was announced yesterday. The judge ruled in favour of the 22 unnamed women who sued Girls Do Porn and for the company's unfair and deceptive business practices he awarded them $12 million in damages.

The site was finally taken down a few days after the judgement, but the owner's whereabouts is unknown. It remains to be seen how the order for damages can be enforced, but since it's a criminal matter too and the FBI are on the case the owner may eventaully have to face the long arm of the law.

On top of everything else, and making things even worse, it looks like the girls details were given out by Girls Do Porn themselves on PornWikiLeaks.
