If you Was Ed Woodward When would you Sack Mourinho?
I think mourinho has wanted the sack since the board failed to back him in the transfer window, if they weren't going to buy the players he wanted they shouldn't of given a new contract. 100% needs to be fired.
Wait until its mathematically impossible to win the league.
Well, if it's Ed Woodward, he could put Jose in a Wicker Man. A sacrifice to restore the club's ailing fortunes...

yes, yes, metaphorically, obviously...

As most club owners / chief execs are right bastards, Christmas Eve.
Man U's next game this weekend is against Newcastle at Old Trafford where both teams are in turmoil this season & one I foresee Man U grinding out an ugly win & just prolonging his stay of execution a little while longer. After the International break United's next game is against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge then followed by a Champion's League match at home a few days later against Juventus.Failure to get a result against Chelsea (at his old stomping ground) or Juventus will bring down the curtain on his United tenure I reckon.

When he inevitably gets the heave-ho his next managerial job should be at a club that virtually has no money to spend on transfers & lets see how good he really is.The truth is I've never believed in the old 'special one' bollocks or that he's even a genuine World-class manager for many reasons. His style of football is as bland as fuck & is a plodding, stifling style more than fluid football with a huge amount of caution thrown in (park the bus style is his fortee) but what he does specialize in is stifling opposition.
His has a poor man-management style where isolating/ignoring players in private & yet slates them in the media is completely counter-productive instead of the protective arm around the player & kid psychology ethos from managers like Jurgen Klopp would motivate players a lot more.Remember Mourinho was the man who introduced Kevin De Bruyne & Mo Salah to the Premiership where they both struggled he got rid off both saying that they weren't good enough for the Premiership & yet they have both thrived at their following clubs (where they are both considered among the best players in the Prem).

History has always shown that when a manager has lost the dressing room players no longer knock their pipe out for the boss & effectively down tools until the manager is gone or the player is transfer listed/or sold & 9 times out of ten the manager is out the door quicker than the player.Various reports have suggested that Mourinho is a loggerheads with a least half the first team (Pogba,Valencia,Sanchez etc).Coupled with the fact that Alex Ferguson's old job (as Man U manager) is probably among the biggest poison chalice in World football.

And save a few quid by not giving him a Xmas bonus.

What does Father Xmas & Jose Mourinho have in common ?.....They'll both get the sack at Xmas.......(I'll get my coat).
Where is the option which says 'no' to his sacking?
^I did think about it (honest guv!) , but I felt given the way Mourinho slates his players in public ever since the start of the season, it's only a matter of time Dame goes with putting a Christmas Eve/Christmas Day/Boxing Day choice My gut feeling he's most likely gone well before then.

Well there's the Conference clubs and divisions lower that cater for that sort of thing plus he'll realise he'll haave to get a PROPER JOB to boost his finances!! Tongue Big Grin
