What would be the motive for any deliberate act?
Chlorine, in even tiny amounts is such a noxious irritant to the mucosa of the airways and lungs and eyes that the guests would evacuate the room immediately and would almost certainly awaken if asleep, unless really large amounts were introduced suddenly.
Didn't buy the food poisoning thing for 1 second.
