Big Grin love to get her squirting....perhaps we could have it in future olympics?? who can squirt the furthest...ImportantImportantCoolCool
Dina should be in action(although not quite like that) next Saturday and Sunday for the London Anniversary Games(also including the Diamond League)
Should be running tomorrow in day 2 of the London Anniversary Games.
She ran, made the final but just couldn't live with the pace of Shelley-Ann Fraser-Price(JAM) who just blew everyone else away with her speed. Dina can improve and has time before the World Championships where she should be part of our 4x100m relay squad as well as doing individual 100 or 200m races.
Congratulations to Dina. 200m gold at the world championships.
is she only the seventh British female athletics world champion?

Many many congratulations Dina now maybe BBC Sports personality 2019?

Could Add Fiona May althought represented Italy had been member of Team GB and born here
I forgotten about Fiona May, I suppose we could it as a half gold Smile
Superb performance from Dina.
Ran a brilliant bend and stormed down the straight to set a PB and new British record of 21.88 seconds.
Tremendous achievement.

100m Silver
200m Gold

Relay to come still

I had thought of Fiona the other day, I knew one British athlete jumped for another country but couldn't remember their name - could we claim it as a half gold? Big Grin
I think both Denise & Kelly won silvers, but were European & Olympic champions. I hope the sprint relays do well enough without Dina & Adam, so both Adam and Dina run in the finals
