the football is back as well. Plus it was up against this Multi event european championships thing as well would love to see what the sunday ratings are for it
^^
Exactly, the ratings were always going to drop once the football started again, especially now from this weekend when the premier league starts. At 5pm when wos is on, people are either on their way back from football or going to the Saturday teatime football. Indeed this weekend wos is up against on tv Wolves v Everton in premier league & Derby v Leeds in EFL.

Plus it is up against England v India in the cricket & the multi event European Championships.

Agree interesting to see what the final ratings are once the viewers of the Sunday lunchtime repeat are added along with those watching on catchup
Excuses, excuses.

The whole production levels is minor leagues compared to majority of promotions out there, I watch various promotions and I've never seen camera work so bad, so nauseating.

This will be a big reason as to why people are tuning out, like I said before you just aren't going to put up with that for ten weeks.

This show is a guaranteed failure for many reasons.
I don't necessarily think the whole production levels thing is the make or break for a programme like this but it'll come done to the quality of the wrestling & the calibre of the wrestlers themselves (wrestlers that can actually sell moves).Believe me I've seen wrestling matches held in barns, small town halls ie real spit & saw dust places, places that you wipe your feet before you leave type buildings with effectively next to no production levels but the quality of the wrestling was at times far better than the all too predictable crap the likes of WWE serve up usually on a weekly basis.

From what I've seen of the 2 episodes so far the only memorable match that stood out for me was probably the women's triple threat match the rest was so so.Fans & the audience need characters that they can get behind or hate with a passion (a Wolf type character from Gladiators for example) but I haven't seen anyone so far who fills them shoes.I'm familiar with wrestlers like Rampage & Doug Williams but going by the commentary I've heard that are a quite a few rookie wrestlers (like the guy who was on Love Island that the commentary keep going on about) so expecting them to pull off a 5-star lucha libre match with only a few years experience behind them is a tall ask.

The Saturday late afternoon/early evening slot is pretty much a wasted slot for a program like this due to the demographics & other influences but to be honest Raw or Smackdown screened at that time wouldn't fair any better either.Sunday morning or early lunchtime (like the repeat screening is shown) is a far better fit & is perfect fodder with some with the post hangover blues. And finally for a programme like this an hour probably isn't long enough as it means no more than 3-4 matches an episode & so many wrestlers just wouldn't get any sort of airtime (certainly when X-Factor auditions are 2+ hours an episode).

The one positive that WOS has over WWE is that the adverts/commercial breaks seem to be in the right place ie after or before a match instead of during the match (that really grinds my gears!!).
On @4.30pm this Saturday.
^^
Because X-Factor is back
They should put X Factor on at 9pm and give the wrestling prime time slot IMO

Just sayin'...

About as likely as them combining the shows and having Simon Cowell give Alex Shane a diving headbutt Rolleyeslaugh
The Sunday repeat probably gets more viewers than the show on Saturday when a lot of people are coming back from football games or watching the late kick off Saturday games.
WOS WRESTLING HAVE ANNOUNCED A UK TOUR FOR JANUARY 2019!!!
