Ive called some of my favourites on occasion, but would only ever call my favorites or newbies that made a impression.

Theres a few girls who I call but not many that can persuade me enough, but for the right girl I call.

That along with some of the other "anyone that calls in must be lonely" or "why pay £1.50 a minute to talk to another human being" type comments in this thread are some of the most moronic things I've ever read.

There could be any multitude of reasons people phone these channels - for me personally I had some health problems in 2007 that left me pretty much housebound for a number of months and given at the time I was single, 27 and generally horny a lot, but unable to go out and pull, watching the channels and calling in gave me something new to try and something a bit more 'personal' at least than constantly surfing porn sites or watching DVD's.

Whether or not the girls think the guys that phone these channels are proper losers or not probably actually varies girl to girl depending on each girls personality and or/maturity so I don't think its as clear cut as your statement at all. These are intended to be fantasy services and as such are a total seperate thing to talking to ones spouse or girls in a night club or pub as some posters seem to think is more preferable - you can't walk up to a girl that looks like Alex Adams or Ruby Fox in a pub, say "yeh I really wanna fuck you in the ass tonight?" then start knocking one out - that's generally what happens if I call either girl, the fact I have to pay for this sequence of events to occur doesn't surprise me and doesn't make me feel anymore of a loser in this life as buying a packet of cigarettes I know are bad for my health does - but guess what, and here's the crazy part - I like doing both things, so do them regardless.

Sure, it's an expensive way to get off, but I mainly only call once or twice a month so it doesn't cost me any extra than an unexpected night out or a few midweek pints or whatever may cost me - like anything in life, whether or not it's worth it is personal choice and you either go for it or not. It's no different to "should I get the cheaper pair of trainers or the dearer ones that are more flash?" really is it? "should I choke the chicken to some ropey sex scene on channel 5" or "should I pay a bit and choke the chicken whilst talking to a heavenly looking chick whose saying all kinds of dirty things to me and it at least feels a bit naughtier than sitting and wanking over her but not phoning in?".

Or you know, the dark arts of onoism aside, if someone WERE calling in because they were lonely, why is that something to mock? Surely it's better they call in and get off to a beautiful girl that is naughty by choice and profession than they end up going insane and being found bumming a sheep or something.

Great post Insomniac.Well thought out.I concur with many of the above sentiments.I am certainly no fruitcake(wibble wibble)I don't phone the TV channels much these days.if anything I tend to go for the webcams.I am not lonely and simply phone a channel if I feel like getting my rocks off and the missus isn't in the mood.Equally if someone is lonely while the hell shouldn't they ring a fit babe on telly who will get her boobs out and talk dirty which may be the closest some get to sexual contact.There is nothing wrong in that.Each to their own.

Cheers - in all honesty that was an ancient post I was replying to but it kind of let me rant about a few posts I'd seen across this thread in one go.

I can't help but feel too that a lot of negativity towards stuff like Babe Channels, Porn etc in general stems as much from people being worried about openly admitting they're into something a little 'taboo' or a little risque or whatever as any knowledgeable or well researched/informed opinion - the amount of little asbo bastard 'txt spk' rearing its head in this thread would suggest to me that most of the people that have had a dig are probably not 'regulars' or only got in the mix post BS hitting freeview or that kinda thing.

The ironic thing is going off what I read from most of the regulars that post here (funny, level headed and well educated stuff mainly) you'd actually probably find more proper sad wankers down your local pub or club than you would on here or minding their own business at home calling the girls.

Not to go on and on or stray off topic, but, it'd stand to reason also that any channel girl that thought a guy was a loser for calling in would also think a guy was a loser for taking screen caps and vids and so forth. I know that isn't the case as Ruby regularly posts thanking me for capping her and has also thanked me on Facebook where she's used one of the caps as her display pic. As with calling in, it's how you think about it and what it does for you personally. i love calling these channels and they are a great way to get off in my opinion, but of course this is not the case for everyone.
