Bullseye host Jim Bowen has died aged 80

Very sad news. I too loved watching bullseye as a child in the 80’s & early 90’s. Such a good comedian too

He used to live relatively near this area, but I never saw him. From a modest start as an adopted child, he shone as a teacher, before turning to stand-up comedy, and then immortality as a game-show host.

You couldn't beat a bit of bully, Sunday teatimes, especially when someone from a landlocked area like Birmingham , won a speedboat. RIP Jim
