I dont think many BS viewers or callers are very interested in personality or funny babes......do you? Why do you think babes like Stevie, Tiffiny, and Lolly Badcock are so popular........because they put in the efffort and get the job done......unlike Daryl and some of the other granny (thick black) panty wearing boring babes!
Whether you think Daryl is boring or not is a matter of personal opinion.
I just think it's a shame they don't take advantage of her abilities (and yeah, her personality and humour) by letting her loose in some more interesting sets. Just plonking her down on a bed in the boring bog-standard Babestation sets does not get the best out of her.
When she appeared in the Partyland office back in April, properly attired and bespectacled, it was like watching a completely different performer, very dynamic and raunchy. That was the best show I've seen from Daryl and one of my favourite BS recordings full stop. (Plenty of others agree as it is the most downloaded of my videos)
I also once saw her try to deep throat a hammer in the garage set (the handle not the business end!) so it is literally a case of give this woman the tools and she will do the job. Pity she rarely gets the opportunity to do so.

Problem with working on a such a poor channel like TS is that you have no tools to work with. Plonked on a bed and get on with it.

Her 2-4-1 with Paige was the funniest I've ever seen. Give her something and someone to play with and she comes into her own. I too think it's more down to the producers and not Daryl herself that we don't get more from her. Why have they not put her with Tiffany!? That would rock!
