I wonder if this is at least partly responsible for their high turnover of girls. Maybe the girls get the bullet if they dare speak up or complain. This is of course complete conjecture on my part.

basically she turned up for her dayshow today but was informed her working conditions had changed today which she was not happy with as they broke the health and safety at work at act as she said in her previous tweet quoted on here, so Elicia handed in her notice, quit and went home unpaid. from this new tweet it doesn't explain the high turnover of girls jay1 as elicia said the working conditions at xpanded only changed today.

interesting to see if any other xpanded girls quit over the new working conditions.. Fantastic that elicia has spoken out and stood her ground
