I would like to explain something here.
I have cammed with Mikaela for a considerable amount of time now and right at the start we just chatted and had a few laughs then I asked her if I could take a few photos and she said yes.
I have kept those photos private between me and her and have let her share them with the girls at the Studio and I think I did the right thing in asking her for permission to do that before I did anything and have done so since and have No Plans to make videos of any sessions with her either.
So I feel did the right thing and hope you agree with me that I took the right course of action. And even I did make a video with her at some point, I would want that to remain a private thing with her so at least I have her respect that I acted gentlemanly right at the start and I have set my boundaries with her on cam about what I can and can't do and I'm happy with that.
So I hope you all will respect my decision that I wish those photos of my cam sessions to remain private between Mikaela & me as it is a promise to her I wish to keep. and if I was on cam with any other babe from S66 I would do the same thing with them I would seek their permission before doing anything.

The girl gets paid for doing the show, so it would be like you getting paid for your software, and then the buyer giving it away for free, you still have your money.

No that doesn't work. The girl has not given permission for you to do it. In fact if the site explicitly says you may not copy or distribute the cam show you are stealing from all the providers of the show. The guys who record and publish cam shows know they shouldn't. They know they are stealing. There is no defence.
Whether it’s right or wrong isn’t up for debate it’s wrong and shouldn’t happen but it has and is happening but as far as I can tell there’s little way to stop this from happening. Simply leaving it to the cammers discretion and warnings isn’t stopping them.
Robot Devil: I got myself involved this afternoon in the Macy/Emma C debate more because of the "most of our punters are weirdos who would not say/complain to us to our faces". Posturing and willful ignorance are two of my pet hates and they managed to push both buttons whilst I was pissed off in the middle of a 3 hour finance review.

We did indeed relapse to "keyboard warriors" and "you don't know us", to which I politely pointed so was she and she didn't know us either. Then I got an "I don't have time to argue with you" and a block. That went about as well as the finance reviewBig Laugh

Now this broader little revolt and work to rule that seems to be breaking out on cam (god the temptation to tweet to Sabrina "how the fuck can we tell if your in strike?" was almost overwhelmingBig Laugh ).

1) This revenge porn line which appears to have become fact based on one poster suggesting it was akin to revenge porn. Revenge porn needs to include intent to cause distress - that could not be proven because you couldn't easily prove a relationship between punter and babeshow girl. Now you might argue that the fella who filmed and possibly leaked that video of him fucking a S66 girl could be subject to revenge porn law, but by and large a guy sharing on a tube site is doing it for reasons other than revenge. As others have noted its just basic theft.

2) When the porn industry was assailed by piracy it adapted and created Tube sites it could control (X-v-ideos is owned by Legalporno, P-rnhub by Mindgeek) so that they control and take advertising revenue. They couldn't stop it (nor could mainstream films, games producers, music producers, etc) so they devised a plan to work with it. Things like Volafile and Torrents are still outside of their control so margins are down. As many of the porn performers will tell you, there isn't the money in porn their once was, so I suspect the painful reality may happen to our babeshow girls

3) This emotive invasion of privacy argument doesn't really hold much water. If a job causes that that much distress stop doing it. Emotional distress would be hard to prove when the only bar for a complete stranger seeing your foof is their credit limit.

4) Who cares (and I mean this in a broader sense not a fuck them all sense)? Police won't get involved (frankly considering problems elsewhere I'd be annoyed if they did), there is no big pot of money to chase (these are individuals not corporations) for the lawyers to chase, you've got to prove who made the recording not just who watched it, and if they want to try a private case the costs of £3 per minute for a babeshow girl would look cheap next to that of a BarristerBounce.

5) Is it wrong to want to shoot the next white knight who claims the girls are so generous with what they give us? I don't nip into Tescos for a loaf of bread and after paying for it, thank them for their generosity and the privilege of shopping with them. In fact, as per most industries, they thank us, the paying customer.

5) The TV channels are clearly dying, within a couple of years the girls on the channels will have to swim with sharks of MFC and Chatterbate. That is the new reality and I look forward to our little angels adjusting to itBig Grin

I feel better now
^^ Totally agree with your view. A lot of this outburst from the babes regarding this is that there little bubble they've created has been burst, that they could do camshows revealing more than they would normally at whatever rate they charge and not thinking for one second it could or would be made public whilst also still playing the " I don't do open leg or porn" card. Its their pride i think thats taken a beating the most. Not condoning the recording or publishing. Just looking at it from a realist practical viewpoint.

That'll be a chuckle considering the usual M.O is for them to show up on MFC, refuse to do what the members want then disappear after a month or 2.
No, they don't respect their customers, but then they don't need to. It's just extremely good business practice to pretend they do.
Easy enough.

As for the cams; well I think that depends on each individual girls reasoning for not wanting their cam sessions uploaded. If it's because they want to keep themselves out of the public eye as much as possible, I find that ridiculous. Bearing in mind their choice of career obviously.
You can't have your cake and eat it.

If it's because they don't want people watching material they haven't paid for, well I'm afraid they're just going to have to suck that up too.
Let's be honest, who hasn't watched something they haven't paid for? It's just the way shit rolls these days.

Finally, and most importantly, if they think it's affecting their sales they'll have to measure that for themselves and decide whether it's worth continuing.

But everything else is irrelevant.
Or at least it should be.
^ Bingo! It really IS simple: if, ladies, you're shilling yourselves on cam - doing stuff you wouldn't do otherwise - stop. Just stop. If you're so hypocritical that you refuse to PUBLICLY do certain things - whether it's showing your tits/pussy, or going even further - but you WILL gladly do it when lots of money is thrown your way, then you have no reason to piss and moan. So there's a few blurry, slow vids up. End of the world - it ain't. Don't want people seeing what you will do when money is offered up? Then don't do it!
police! lol. Rolleyes
