Doddle the article in The Guardian is quoting Lavrov the Russian Foreign Minister. There is nothing in the article from the OPCW except a piece saying that the OPCW had confirmed British findings. As such unless and until the OPCW themselves who are independent confirm what Lavrov is saying then its just another piece of Russian misinformation.

But it is a quote from the Guardian! Are you saying they're printing fake news or not? Perhaps you think they mis-spelt "have found" when it should have said "haven't found"?
Dismissing Trump and Boris just because they're half-wits also seems rather futile, since they're in positions of power where their opinions (and in the former case, their actions) hold great sway.
