Danica Thrall, Hannah Elizabeth, Lucy Harold, Harriette Harper, Priya Young, Preeti Young, Michelle Thorne and Cara De La Hoyde was all appeared on mainstream reality TV to varying degrees of success.
I think most of them would love to crossover. I'm just unsure if they've got the talent, personality, desire or work ethic needed to be successful in that field.
Also I do think that some of the mainstream TV executives don't give them a fair shot too, due the unwarranted stigma attached to working for as a glamour model, babe channel presenter or pornstar.
When they both appeared on Big Brother, Rhian Sugden was treated very differently in public from Danica Thrall, despite their jobs being very similar.
Dannii Harwood has acted in film and theatre,and I think would be fine in a TV presenting role.
It has been said many upon many times Harwood should have her own chat show
half the newsreaders on national and local are a fuckin state and hard to understand...a lot of the girls would do better (especially if it was naked news or weather)

Do think this "unwarranted stigma" isn't as bad as it used to be and is more socially acceptable to be a glamour model, babeshow babe or an adult star (or be a combination of these) and also on Tv see more I think. Pretty much all Reality Tv shows these days will have a glamour model, babeshow babe or pornstar on as they know the tabloids will get the glamour pics etc of the contestants in the papers and won't be shy in getting their kit off. Also babeshows get mentioned often on mainstream Tv
Most recent crossover is Cara/Kara De La Hoyde (s66). Won the last series of love island & now appears on towie (the only way is Essex) other crossovers include Holly McGuire (footballers wives) Faye Rampton, Johanna Gervin, Bobbi Aney, Nicola Willis, Preeti & Priya and of course Danica Thrall
Some babeshow babes, glamour models & adult stars have even crossed the pond into mainstream us Tv & films including Samantha Bentley who appeared in game of thrones & Fernanda Ferrari who was in the Hollywood film Prince Of Persia
Sam Fox, Linda Lusardi & even Jo Guest before her health problems all managed pretty good careers after they'd moved on from modelling. There was little or no stigma back then, mainly because they came across as approachable and didn't have the reputation of being grasping little rinsers like Danica and her ilk.
@Rammy, you forgot about Paige Tyler, you used to mention her every time that god awful film she was in was on TV.
Also, Katie Piper has done well for herself on mainstream TV after her horrible ordeal.

indeed there is Paige Tyler & Katie Piper who crossed over from modelling to mainstream tv & film. also of course Holly Willoughby, Jordan (Katie Price) Geri Horner (haliwell) & Jodie Marsh crossed over from Modelling to mainstream tv & film
