check the vlc playlist . it works on kodi and pretty much any other app that can read m3u playlists.
the links in the playlist are exactly the same as in any other kodi list other than formatting.
as i kept formatting down to a minimum for cross platform compatibility.

the latest version
if kodi has issues playing the list remove the #EXTVLCOPT:http-user-agent=" "
open the list with notpad delect edit/replace
put #EXTVLCOPT:http-user-agent=" "
in the top box now click on the second box hit space then return.
click replace all
save and quit
try it in kodi again.
The playlists should be placed into a folder named “music“, “mixed” or “video” in the following location:
Windows XP: Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Kodi\userdata\playlists\
Vista/Windows 7,8,10: Users\\AppData\Roaming\Kodi\userdata\playlists\
Mac OS X: /Users//Library/Application Support/Kodi/userdata/playlists/
iOS: /private/var/mobile/Library/Preferences/Kodi/userdata/playlists/
Linux: $HOME/.Kodi/userdata/playlists/
