I doubt it will do anyone it in it any favours. I've heard one girl who does porn was approached and she described the producers as sleazebags!

^ Except the producers seemed keen to get girls who took drugs and portray them as being exploited to feed their habit. That's why they were referred to as sleazebags
We'll see when it appears but as with many of these types of shows I bet it will be populated by a number of fame wannabees and attention seekers
