Well that's it i have finally reached the 5k landmark and as ever would like to thank all those who have read and enjoyed my posts and all who have posted pics,vids,schedules and opinions for me to read,thank and comment on,on a personal note although im still looking for paid employment i have enjoyed my time working for a local charity and finally for those who are interested Mum is well and remains free from cancer,any enough waffling from me and i look forward to the next landmark.
