As we slowly say goodbye to 2016, we look ahead to 2017

And the old adage of making New Year resolutions is upon us all once more

What are your resolutions for 2017? Having weighed myself over Christmas at my parents I am 12st 11 and would like to get back down to 11 and half or maybe 11 stone by my birthday in May
