I'm not into the traditional turkey and stuffing, i prefer a nice steak with pepper sauce and roasted potatoes on Christmas day.
Boxing day is a traditional steak pie, gravy and more roast tatties Smile
don't really eat sunday roast dinners as such so we have roast beef with all the trimmings. Smile

^ laughWink. I saw that one coming from a mile off laugh.

I'm all for Roast chicken with all the trimmings rather than Turkey.

Oh and mince pies are a must Tongue.
The turkey was a bit shit this year (a rarity), but I munched the fuck out of some big ass roast tatties, 7 of them. Awesome.

Something I only really eat at Christmas is salmon and prawn cocktail, I have smoked salmon every other week, but never have the two together other than at crimbo....but roast tatties are my favourite thing about any roast dinner.
