Since?
An amazing last 4, though Neil Robertson must be wary of not assuming it's as good as his. Amazing to know there'll be one first time finalist tomorrow too

Since Aditya Mehta, 2013 Indian Open. Mehta even beat Stephen Maguire 4-3 in the semi-final but lost the final 5-0 to Ding Jinhui.
Shades of Jak Jones in the World Championship, as after last night's heroics, Ishpreet lost 6-0 to Wu Yize.
Robbo 3-1 up at the interval. Let's not forget that year when Barry Hawkins just had to beat Anthony Hamilton in the semis and Mark King in the final, which turned out not to be a gimme at all.
Robbo got it done, but credit to Wakelin on making the last 4. The Aussie must be a big favourite today.
Robbo 7-1 ahead after the 1st session, but Wu closed the gap to 8-4 at the mid-session. Still likely to be an Aussie result.
Robertson survived a strong Wu Yize fight back to win 9-7. Robertson had been 8-2 ahead but with a century break in the 11th frame and a slew of over 50 breaks Wu won 5 frames in a row. Robertson made no mistake on the 16th frame with a decisive 55 break that left Wu needing snookers.
Well done them both then

Belfast, here they come

I read a stat the other day that the Northern Ireland Open has only ever been won by left handed players
