From being aguably one of the best British footballers of all time to the pitiful person we see in these images below, how low can this once highly talented player go?

For me this is such a sad sight to see, while I know he's no angel (Racial and Spousal abuse inc) It's awful to see such a monumental fall (Addiction is a cruel mistress)

whether he can be saved is in his own hands. You can't help addicts until they admit they have a problem and want to be helped
The Sun have denied following Gazza around, saying that the pictures were taken by a private individual using his mobile phone.
have to say dont think he can be saved now. needs intervention but it wont happen. i remember watching a jeremy kyle show about them helping kenny samson managed to get him sober and stay sober. but think this is a whole new level

remember watching that documentry about him thinking what a total waste and should be a lesson to all young footballers
At least he had a coat on.

Danny Baker has a great section on Gazza in his 2nd autobiog, his character. Watching some of those football docs during the Euros, with Shearer and others going "it seems like only a matter of time, but we hope he turns it around".

I think footballers like him or Dave Beckham get a lot of stick, but football really was the most important thing to them, and finding life without it can be a hard mountain to climb.

I'm sorry to be pedantic, but that is a dressing gown, not a coat.
