thats exactly the terms of the contract, and where did i say they had done wrongdoing ? i dont understand what you mean, did they break any rules on the contract no never said they did, was what they did right then no as they have tried to end a company for by not paying them and now taking them off the air when that company would not give them more money,

better news today looks like they are going to try to go there own way, they have a new player on there site but its html5 like rlc had when they left rampant,



also its going to be a call back show now as they dont have a premium rate number see cap

Winsaw I suggest you calmly read again what I said because I did not name you anywhere in my post. I simply said it would be wrong to imply any wrongdoing on Rampants behalf if what they did was within their rights under the contract. Now I do have extensive contract experience and I would struggle to put my signature on such a contract if I was looking to sign up with Rampant as it would seem to be very one sided but if you are a small player then maybe that’s all iBabeTV could get. They did sign up to it though so unless they are daft they will have understood the risks.

In your reply to my post you do now seem to be implying malicious intent on Rampants part and you have also written another post which is critical of Rampant. I can’t comment on that but being tough in business is not a sin and they are a major service provider to the industry so they must be doing something right.

^^ I did read it again unless I am not understanding how it's written and I am the first to admit I haven't got the level of English as some, but to me it do look like u are saying I said they had done something wrong in there contract, I didn't say that, what they have done is not right though,
Of interest am told everyone has that in there contract not just the small channels, they are only the big player as there's no one else not because they do stuff right,

All sounds very odd! I guess also that ibabe only showed Jaiden anyway so no major lose. They should have joined up with someone else.

what a great comeback show, there new player was very good worked with out issue most the time, a bit laggy due to the amount of people on it,
and the new call back was a big hit, seams people are loving the fact that the girl on screen is calling them, dont think i have seen a turn round like this before

ibabe are doing there first B/G show tomorrow between 1200-1300, Jaiden is doing it so should be a naughty show

Ibabe are back this weekend with live shows from Jaiden both Saturday and Sunday,
They had this little break over Xmas and New year as where sorting out the phone system and now have a 09 number so people who don't like the call back option can now call the show directly,
