I totally agree they don't give proper consumer advice nowadays the BBC

I ordered the Cara Brett Action Figure.

Apparently they're only available every 6 to 8 weeks and I spent the day that delivery was due eagerly watching the tracking site. Just before my purchase was due to arrive, I had a message to tell me they'd cancelled at the last minute.
