The Michael Portillo railway journeys. I don't even particularly like trains but the history of how the train lines were developed and the local history of the places he visits I really enjoy.

I watch the 900 channels on Sky occasionally
Unless Thomas the Tank Engine is on.
Fireman Sam isn't too bad either, if you can live with the Welsh accents.

I'm a fan of low budget Horror/Sci-fi films, of the so bad that they are good variety.
