this is by the BS cameraman and is re tweeted by Kerrie on her twitter, sounds like everyone involved with the show was happy for caps as they where making them them self's

Operative words are probably "happy for their caps" to be distributed, meaning BS's own (carefully censored) ones of course.
It is BS's copyright , if they are or aren't being disingenuous about why they don't want other stuff posted it's their business I guess.

Okay, so it's a good news, bad news post. The good news is that we've returned most of the caps, the bad news is that the full frontal/close up ones have been removed, as they were the problem.
