I suspect we could take a whole army of people down all united under one banner, and it still wouldn't make a blind bit of difference.
The government seems hell bent with enforcing parental controlling, I can't see anybody at Ofcom sticking their neck out and going against that trend.

Though, I do suspect the White regime may represent a lighter touch on the enforcement of the Babe Shows regs than her predecessor's; allied to the oft stated more consumer-friendly nature of her outlook.
Both aspects may yet prove to be a facade of course.
Regardless events like the ones in question need all the promotion they can get. Without interaction with the public bureaucracy gets ever more remote and unaccountable to them.
Anything to do with 'Ofcon' is a waste of time... unless you want more censorship, that is.
