I'm not supporting anyone. I'm a lawyer so I made a legal point.
OK Tony, I suspect your profession is somewhat wasted in here though.
What a mystical forum this is Smile
I like Australian post cards by the way Wink

@andyxm715: The battle in any thread is lost once it hits the twilight zone mate. Save it for another day.

You're probably right. With all the talk about call stats I imagine that accountants would be more useful around here.

It's worth recalling that we once had a babe channel owned by a lawyer, i.e. Bluebird. Many people thought a lawyer owning a channel would make a real difference to the channels, as being a lawyer he would take on Ofcom and usher in a bright new future for adult TV. But of course he didn't. So lawyers are not only wasted in here, but in the channels too. No use at all.

No offence intended, tony confederate.
^ Perhaps we could get tony's view on what a lawyer might say to a channel owner who came to them suggesting such a thing?

Make that a suspended and later struck off lawyer, he was suspended for 3 years in 2005 by the solicitors disciplinary tribunal, then in 2007 was struck off the roll of solicitors altogether by the solicitors disciplinary tribunal, he later claimed the law society and others had conspired to put him out of business .
I sort of wish I hadn't bothered saying anything now. To clarify, once and for all, I had already been told by three other sources that Kerrie has agreed to join BS; Scottishbloke simply reiterrated their views. So yes, I have used Scottishbloke as 'A' reference, but he was not my 'informant'. Now breathe folks.

Yes but still a lawyer. I mean a trained lawyer, even if he could not practice directly.
