As a semi-retired , I prefer 4/5 times a week, if time is on my side and the shows are good, then I will carry on for hours.
Back in the old days of the Fantasy Cinema in Islington I would visit a 6pm and if there were no couples then I would still be knocking one out when it closed.
The sex drive does not reduce with age but when the task is completed a recovery period is needed

Usually manage 1-2 per day. If I'm on my own all day though, i'll easily have 4-5, including a couple of long sessions (1-2 hours each)
