Anyone help please,just spent 30mins trying to speak to someone at EE,it seems to be impossible to actually speak to someone,cannot even find an email address,anyone know how.

you thought since they had EE Orange and T mobile they would have 3 times as good customer service

This is the way.

I'm with 3 and have been for years. I never bother calling Customer Services to talk to "Andy" in Karachi, as to be frank, it's just annoying trying to get your point across to someone who can only do what their screen tells them. I always go into the local store and get things sorted with no hassle.
