only the trademark name i guess, if someone took that on think they would be rebuilding it from the ground up,
plus the name has had a lot of bad press now so would someone else want to sort that out and make it a name people want to work for and call again,

Mr Antony Paul Horton Tilley owns RLC, he is the person with significant control and owns 75% or more of the shares, he is the one that purchased RLC and the Domain name from the Barry's/Pumpkin film productions LTD

If Laura is saying that, then she is telling a pack of lies.
Phil didn't sell RLC to Laura, she joined RLC as a Director a few months after Phil had sold it to Mr Antony Paul Horton Tilley.

Laura doesn't show up in the filling history that i can see, of ever being a person of having significant control of RLC, or being a major share holder

Whatever her name actually is, if she was running up debts at RLC to fund her new company or to pay off personal debts then I don't see how Phil could not have been a wee bit suspicious when he gave her directorship. I would not be surprised if a Companies House search would reveal anything interesting on her.
