Elite have been a bit light in terms of numbers in my opinion - the Saturday night that Sophia was on her own springs to mind as the prime example. They've got some flexibility with Ashley Emma doing days and nights along with Kitty and the lovely Anna.
My only criticism of the Elite line up is that it lacks much diversity - Sophia Lares and that's about it really. Peronally I think Dannie from 960 would make an excellent daytime signing who could also do the 9-11 tease shot, maybe she would graduate to the night time show but who knows?
I know that some may not agree with me but I still suggest Cara Steele. I apologise if similar sentiments have previously been expressed elsewhere by me, but I only found this thread this evening, thus I ask that unless absolutely necessary this post is not moved to The Twilight Zone…! Thank you.
I think that the overriding lesson of 2010 so far is that Elite's strength is in sourcing their own girls rather than importing from other channels.
Now when I say that, I mean importing existing success stories that will always be seen (and may always see themselves) as fundamentally
a Babestation girl etc. I like Tiffany but she clearly had her own agenda in joining Elite and in terms of building a 'team' she was the wrong signing.
Girls that come from other channels that only reach their potential and build a large fanbase once they reach Elite are a different matter entirely.
An obvious example is Danica who I'm certain would define herself as an Elite girl (if put on the spot during a shopping trip.
)
Ashley is an obvious 'Ryan Giggs' figure, a great signing started on the daytime reserves and worked up into the first team to great effect.
Kitty is a unique girl anyway, very much someone who follows the beat of her own drum, and landing her was not only a coup
for Elite, but opens the door to other mainstream page 3 / glamour girls seeing the channel as a credible path to go.
In that sense she is really of enormous value outwith her immediate appeal and I'm sure the canny 'Fergie'-esque manager knows that.
Mica and Clair are growers.. their appeal and potential take time to appreciate but kudos to Elite for seeing these rough diamonds' value.
Most importantly these girls will see themselves as Elite girls, not 'guns for hire' (aka Tiff, Flo etc) and actual credible assets.
So all in all, bringing in proven successes from other channels seems unnecessary, maybe counterproductive when there is an innate talent for finding fresh gold.
Who would I like to see on Elite nights? Well Sophia Knight is already killing it and I'm loving the introduction of Mica to the line up....agree that possibly it could do with a few new faces, which added to the return from holiday of Gemma, Caty and TJ makes for an actually fairly strong line up.
I agree that the best policy for Elite is bringing thru new talent of there own....they don't need to keep hiring old babes from other channels...it's like putting worn tyres on a new Jag
i think Elite should sign up some porn stars like Shay Hendrix Jasmine lau or Angel Long and Suzie Best it be great if Elite could get anyone of those girls on the night show. couldn't agree less about suzie best. she is a prime example of complete and total charisma vaccum. you'd have thought by now she would be more comfortable in doing what she does but she constantly looks like a deer in the headlights. besides, i think the pornstars should only work on tvx; its bad enough that some are on BS

Holly D and Satine Spark would be also be two more pornstars worth giving a shot but if they want a big signing why not go out and get Kerry Fucking Louise
