I'm not sad about either show getting binned off tbh. I think Legends has run its course, it was fun, but never really went anywhere in the last few seasons. As far as Batwoman goes, all involved in making it owe the cast an apology for making such a shitshow of a shit show.
Originally Legends was supposed to last a couple seasons so it did as for Batwoman from a source I know a lot of people have lost there jobs so I feel sorry for them.
I'm still watching season 7 on sky, but i know there's a cliffhanger at the end of the season and this is why cancellations annoy me. Give them a chance to tie up the loose ends with a shorter final season!
^^^ there’s a big reason why it was all of sudden cancelled let’s just say it wasn’t because of ratings.
Network sale, along with shows not pulling numbers so getting canned, not good for fans, but it's always cutthroat, so expected.
I was reading that the CW is having a lot of problems, something like 60% down on what was expected. Not good at all.
The real reason is in the long term is being rebooted and eventually everything will be HBO Max the first phase of it id seeing the DC movie characters getting there there streaming you’ve seen that with Peacemaker, the two The Batman spin off shows, Green Lantern Corps, Young Justice, Doom Patrol have all moved to HBO Max. The upcoming Black Adam there’s already a plan for possible spin off shows. Marvel did a very similar thing and then created Disney+ and put all the shows on there and created spin off shows from the movies and will also work vice versa with Moon Knight and Ms. Marvel. CW isn’t a full time channel so they can get away with shows making less money and lower ratings because they sell the shows, everything is going streaming now people forget with a Star Trek it two separate licenses Viacom and Paramount now they have merged back again all the Star Trek franchises will end up on Paramount Plus eventually. With all these streaming services it’s gonna get very expensive. Let’s just say there’s a special arrangement Superman and Lois and similar with Stargirl, the arrowverse is gonna end
