I was lucky enough last Thursday to be invited by Ubisoft to try out Assassins Creed: Syndicate I jumped at the chance to be able to try it as am a big fan of the series. Now the version of the game I played was still it's alpha and was the same demo used at E3.
The graphics look really good and detailed especially seeing all the famous landmarks in London, the game play is really smooth too your characters now can fire a rope and pull themselves up by pressing the L1 button as I was playing this on a PS4 you can also fire rope from your gauntlet horizontal and travel across buildings. You can also hijack horse and carriages and travel across London or use it to chase people.
The characters you play as are twins, the male twin who is more aggressive and brutal where as the female is more stealth and precise. The demo
only allowed you to play as the male character and the combat seems to be a lot better and more smooth, the only thing that does worry is what happened with Unity last year games of this scale need years to develop the game and now the Assassins Creed games are being released every year I do feel they should take more time with games like this. Hopeful the final game will be polished and have no problems but looking forward to the game later this year. I was given a limited edition poster which I might frame at some point.
A brilliant game and in my opinion the best AC game of all. Very polished looking with plenty to do. Good sense of humour too.Smile
I wanna get it but need to start the previous three games lol.

they had to do something to make up for the disaster that was unity...
but i get the feeling that even if its the best of the best of the series it will still not change a lot of gamers minds about ubi soft.
