Ive just watched this scene now, and as a fan of her conventional work, I'm shocked and find it rather disturbing. I can almost unserstand some of the less attractive, maybe not good figured,tattooed older girls 'falling into' this genre to get work, but as she is one of the top pornstars in the world, and very beautiful with perfect skin, I just dont get why she would want to endanger scarring permanently one day?
