First of all if I could just say I think banning this member is very harsh, I know that the mods have got a tough and thankless job to do but I appeal to them to reconsider as once you actually get to know Fernandez he isn't actually a bad lad. I realise that he has been involved in a few spats but I've seen members do far worse than him and still avoid a ban.
With regards to The Silent Majority claims that Don has removed posts at a later date I can confirm that I've also had posts removed too so unless there is actually any concrete evidence to back up this claim then it really should be dismissed.

He said goodbye to at least one member, saying he'd decided to leave the forum, so perhaps he was banned at his own request? That member and possibly others may be willing to come forward and confirm this information.
as far as fernandez goes, he made a flounce thread and asked for his account to be closed so i obliged. the fact that this flounce thread was another dig at earlier moderation meant that even if he hadn't of requested his account be closed, it would've been anyway.
that's all i'm prepared to say about the matter.
I can confirm that I received a leaving PM from Fernandez, however I'm not at liberty to say anymore on the subject as the message was private.
Doesn't matter what was said, he's banned and not welcome back, subject closed, further posts discussing it will be removed!
