As some of you may or may not know I work in the Security Industry. On Tuesday morning on a routine patrol at half 7 I had a nasty accident. I slipped on the ice and before I knew it I went flying down like a sack of spuds. On the way down I managed to smash 2 bones in my left ankle.

I was in excruciating pain like no other I've experienced before, I actually worked for a further 5 hours before being told to get my arse up to accident and emergency. I wasn't even able to go home first and had to depend on the kindness of my brother to bring me up a change of clothes aswell as some PJ's. I was operated on yesterday morning to slot all the bones back into place.

On the bonus side we had a fair amount of very attractive nurses on our ward. One of them even offered me a handjob Tongue as I asked for a bottle to piss into as I only just received my crutch training today in which I had to pass the test and show them I was able to use them independently without the risk of falling in order to discharge me.

I'll be off work for at least 2 months and be in a cask for the first 6 weeks which weighs a fucking ton. Ah well at least I don't have to work this Saturday night now Big Grin

It's scary how easily something like that can just happen, at least you'll get a rest.

I saw the thread title and assumed you'd be changing your username to Scottishbird. Imagine my disappointment etc etc.

Anyway, get well soon. Break a leg as they say Wink
As you stay you'll be in a cask (!) for 6 weeks I take it your liver will be well aged by then Big Grin

Funny how easy these things are to do - I dislocated a knee at a raikway station 14 months ago slipping on some rainwater!

Anywy I wish you well and trust you will make a full recovery.
Heal well Scottishbloke!

Was the nurse being serious, or joking about the HJ? Tongue
