I doubt if the charges and arrests will force Blatter to stand down nor will it change the results of the bids for 2018 and 2022 but much of the investigations surrounds Garcia's report and findings.

how can it be the victim? It is laughable mate!!
Surely the victims of all this are us the ordinary fans!! If these allegations ARE proven then surely it calls into question the bids for 2018 & 2022 World Cups and how can the vote on Friday
carry on when this story casts a huge shadow?

totally ridiculous that fifa are still going ahead with the 2018 & 2022 world cups in Russia and going ahead with the congress and presidential election. they need to cancel the congress and re-run the votes for the world cups
