Every time she changed channels other girls were frozen out. Ask the girls that lost their jobs. Twitter comments at those times wern't exactly from happy girls

She keeps her job at a time when the shows are really struggling so she is doing something right.

I think Ella is an all round sexy girl with a lovely body. I've always liked her. For me she is fantastic in tiny bursts if activity. I tend to lose focus when she spends too long sitting with her legs crossed chatting to the caller ( Maybe thats what the caller wants from her?) Ella looks incredible in black pvc/leather and her arse is amazing in them. I would love to see a bit more action.

Good I think some girls get by on activity like Amanda and some get by simply by being pretty like Ella there is a place for both types within reason.
