I'm wondering if it's:-
A) A cash flow problem
B) Channel got cold feet
C) Can't get a licence in S. Africa (Which reminds didn't BS have a south Africa n channel but got pulled?)
D) All of the above

I think RLC should probably get the shit sorted out on their own doorstep first before even considering branching out to new foreign lands
