Luton are a bit of a giant in terms of the lower leagues never should have got themselves into such a financial mess though the board members needed there banker bonuses back then eh?
Hope too see them in the top tier one day again not that I remembered it.

The plastic pitch helped them ,like QPR and Oldham in the '80's.

I don't know if our plastic pitch and Luton's were made by the same firm, it probably was!! I think the advantages/disadvantages of plastic pitches probably can be saved for another thread me thinks. Hell you even got astroturf for Subbuteo, but never tried it!! and you see how much they are worth now!!
Leicester City.

On a point of order, why are we not on the list. We are after all in the PREMIER LEAGUE. Important

Unlike Coventry and Bradford and some other clubs who aren't even in the Championship.

Sorry, i did say I would make a hash of picking the teams albeit the top 6 or so Bradford City are massive they reached a final recently Smile up the mighty Bantams or is that brentford lol.
good to know there aren't many glory hunters on here, credit to those that support small unfashionable clubs such as leeds, reading, burnley, blackburn, luton and leyton oreint, they should be proud that they support a real football team even if their team are only a mediocre mid table side in the FL with a crazy owner that makes bizarre decisions like appointing a manager who was a complete failure in non league football last season

That's a bit hard on Leeds - should they be compared to us (Leyton Orient)?

is it? when was the last time they won a trophy? are we basing club size purely based on geographical location?

I would personally rather base club size on history, tradition, fanbase etc as opposed to trophies obviously i have my reasoning for this lol.
Hey why u calling Blackburn and Leeds for then Rovers only 1 of four clubs to win the premiership in its history Leeds won the last Old Divison before it became premiership and have made a champions league semi final more than most of the so called Bigger clubs have done in the last 25 years

We cant forget the Sutton and shearer (Original SAS) days, a true British forward line to be feared, shame his career didnt really go much further like shearers.
