That tutorial is mainly for those who want to upload. You can download free, but with restrictions like having to wait a couple of minutes before you can start your download, wait again but longer before you can download a second file (unless you cut your internet connection and then re-connect) and only download one file at a time. You can rid yourself of these inconveniences if you pay a subscription.
To download free, just click the 'free' button.
Just like to add that the file will be in an archived zip file,so just right click on it and look for extract files.As this file isn't password protected then it will extract no problem but if a password is needed then look at where you saw the link originally as the poster should've given the password.Sorry if everybody here knows this but some have to learn some time
