True! Sometimes its so bad that it looks like a sexy al-qaeda hostage video!
But if youre a sky viewer, you can press TV guide and the screen minimises to the top right hand side & it looks like its HD!

Not sure about Sky, I haven't watched live tv in a few years with the exception of news broadcasts. The webstreams seem of fairly high quality or at least decent enough with enough consistency that I don't have complaints.
