I am furious and very disappointed , I spent more than 300 credits on a non-working pervcamera, there were many comments about a non-working pervcamera in a chat, but they were ignored

The cam worked after I switched it to Flash playback. I've had exactly the same issue with some of the girls camming from home on s66, so I'm guessing they've switched the streaming service to whatever s66 uses for the home cams, possibly to avoid connections to BS after the Anna show (and I suspect why they've moved off set into that back room). In that case, there's nowt BS can do about it, it's out of their control - but they could tell viewers to switch to Flash otherwise they'll lose their credits. BS probably aren't even aware of the problem, they didn't show any sign that they had looked at the chat at all.

Go to BS or Rampant customer services and ask for a refund, wherever you bought the credits from. BS customer services have always refunded me when I've asked.
