What a goal last night from the Welsh Wizard. Even the Catalan newspapers are calling him the Prince of Wales. Praise indeed.

It looks as though Real has finally unlocked his talent and I think it will be a shame if he is never able to showcase his talent on major international stage.
If FIFA & UEFA were able to allow an International XI be part of the World Cup or European Championships was made up of players from nations who have not qualified for either tournament, then I'm sure Bale would figure largely in either team. I certainly do feel that he is likely to have his best years in Spain.

also when bale's big moment came along he was good enough to take it. when naymar was presented with his, he fluffed his lines. obviously can't handle the pressure!

Bartra tried to foul him so he had even further to run but still outpaced him, then had the skill and composure to finish. Well done Gareth.
