I think the splitscreen is because they have one channel broadcasting in Australia

There are 3 channels, 2 of them live, I see no sense at all putting 2 shows on 1 channel.

Note that from 1700 only BS Daytime Xtra with Leigh now solo..

I agree it's frustrating but I repeat that they broadcast the show to Australia as their twitter feed shows. They have one channel broadcasting in Aus so they put 2 girls on one show to try to maximise calls. Yesterday I called Danni and was in the queue behind a guy from the Northern Territories!

^^^Does make sense, but 1st time I've seen splitscreen on daytime show...
....still looks naff in UK having same 2 girls splitscreen on 2 different channels.
