I'm loving this series on Sky Atlantic.. 
Loosely based on James Bond author Ian Fleming it's set during WW2 where we follow his story during his time in Naval Intelligence.
There's lots of connections to the books.. Ian's rank as a Commander, the Moneypenny character, and best of all the assault unit which Fleming set up. It has a 'Licence to Kill' and one of the soldiers just happens to look, act and sound just like Sean Connery.
Brilliant stuff.
