Since i moved,i've really got into restoring old pieces of furniture,mainly bookshelves and cabinets.You can get some nice stuff from second hand places,that with a bit of elbow grease,a sander and bucket of varnish can come up a treat,plus it prevents the place from becoming a generic IKEA showroom,which is never a bad thing.
