Unfortunately, it seems to be low resolution, ridden with Digital On-screen Graphics, and broadcast as 4:3

As the transmission will be coming from the UK it will have to operate under an Ofcom licence, and you know what that means.

Just to be clear, my original post mentioned 'DOG ridden', which referred to the (I thought well known) acronym for 'Digital On-screen Graphics' - apologies if any offence was caused to anyone not familair with the term:-

Resolution has been increased, and it is now being broadcast 16:9 ; unfortunately, bitrate is somewhat lacking
