It's now official the channel which we couldn't name Bluebird TV has now ceased transmission, all the previous channel numbers which this channel once occupied have now vanished off the face of the earth. Worrying times for the future of the babe channels as we are now left with only 5 Babe Channels. What next I wonder. I was kind of hoping that this channel might have been able to fill the vacant spot. Not to me unfortunately it would appear Huh https://twitter.com/BabeView_XXX

I'm just wondering if we will now see a mass extinction of more channels as the future of this type of entertainment looks to be in some doubt Cool
Does anyone know the specific reason they folded? Was it because they simply weren't generating enough cash? I'm hardly a contributed to this forum and my opinion can probably be discarded, but Bluebird shows were so boring that their demise doesn't come as a shock to me. I'm not going to single out some of the girls, but the majority of them were fit, but it would mean nothing to a potential customer as, for the most part, all they did was just sit about looking bored, regardless of the time of day/night.

I don't think it spells the end of anymore babe shows because the others are somewhat energetic.
It was a vanity project from day 1. No more than an ego boost for the original owner.

That said, i'm expecting this thread to meet a similar fate quite soon Wink
The next question: where do the top babes of Bluebird go? Dionne is already confirmed with RLC, but what about Ree Petra and the others??
However frustrating BBTV was to watch i was quite a regular caller as they did have some lovely girls on there and was a regular poster of caps and chat on their own forum, and i personally think that the fact so many members on that forum tried to help by telling them what should be done regarding shows to make them better they just would not listen even though a lot of members were saying the same things, and hence in the last year alot of members left that forum and used this brilliant forum instead.
One good thing from the channel was the Bluebucks idea where you could have daytime dirty chat with the girls that chose to do it, but the downside of that is that now that it has closed they've gone and taken some of my money that i had used to purchase bluebucks!
So overall i have mixed feelings about the channel, i shall miss some of the wonderful girls they had on there but good riddance to the egotistical owner/producers etc.
What I seen of Ree the past few nights she was having a "FaceTime" conversation with someone on her "iPhone" throughout the duration of the show, Taking more breaks than ever. And only getting the occasional call...

Hell she hardly got her boobs out bladewave

No wonder...
One of the girls tweeted that it didn't go bust, the owner simply decided to sell out
from what my girls told me there was an ofcom fine not paid and they had known for a few weeks they were on borrowed time.

if they were going to sell it surely would have done it months ago when they still had the sky channels. a tv station without any channels is worth nothing

Was it?

Apart from the obvious benefits of spending all day surrounded by babes it is unclear what the owner was trying to get out of running the channels. As a profit making venture there were just too many bad moves. (Do any channels even make money, or is the real money in running the phone lines?) It would almost make more sense as a tax loss. Heavy capital expenditure on studios. Website design. Advertising. Can the cost of legal challenges be claimed as capital? Cameras - bought or leased? Premises. Recording equipment. How long has BB been going? How does that compare with the timescale for capital equipment to be written off? A company that deliberately makes a loss might not get a sympathetic reception from the Inland Revenue, but one that tries hard and is closed down because of external factors - a regulator pulling the plug - might be regarded as a legitimate tax loss. Probably nothing to do with legitimate tax avoidance, and more just bad luck.
